I began writing "No Rhyme or Reason" in 2006. Encouraged by therapists to put my feelings down on paper, I found that when I did so, they came in the form of poetry. Nine years later, I have written well over 300 poems and without a doubt, it has helped me purge myself of many demons. My hope is that others may see their own journeys through depression within my poems and perhaps find that they are not alone. There are many, many people fighting the same battle. My poems are presented in the order that they were written. You will see a flow of subject from dark to light back to dark again.
